2018 College Scholarship Application

Award Amounts:
Up to $1,000 and renewable up to 4 years when scholarship standards continue to be met.

Focus Areas of Scholarship:
While anyone is welcome to apply, this scholarship places a high priority on students who:
    A. High School Senior
    B. Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States and Chicago Resident
    C. Live in or attend high school in Chicago’s East Garfield Park community
    D. Have obtained a minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent
    E. Have demonstrated a commitment to community involvement
    F. Have already selected their college and paid their deposit

Scholars are selected by weighing financial need, academic performance, commitment to community, being drug-free and attendance.
