Award Amounts:
 

Scholarship Award Amounts range from $1,000 to $12,000 and are renewable for up to four years when scholarship standards continue to be met.

Focus Areas of Scholarship:

While anyone is welcome to apply, this scholarship places a high priority on students who:

 

• High School Senior

• Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States and a Chicago Resident

• Live in or attend high school in Chicago’s underserved communities.

• Have obtained a minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent

• Have demonstrated a commitment to community involvement

• Have already selected their college and paid their deposit

 

Scholars are selected by weighing financial need, academic performance, commitment to community, being drug-free, and attendance.
